Your information deserves a clear explanation.
This page describes the current website implementation. Business details and the final privacy notice must be confirmed before public launch.
Pre-launch draft. The legal business identity, privacy contact, hosting provider, retention schedule, and applicable rights process have not been supplied. This is an implementation-based draft, not a statement that a final legal review has been completed.
Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, company, service interest, and project description. A website address and budget range are optional. When delivery is configured, this information is sent to the business’s designated inquiry mailbox to assess and respond to your request.
What happens before delivery is configured
The form displays a setup notice and does not report an inquiry as sent. Unsent form entries remain on the page so you can review or copy them. The application does not write inquiry content to a database or a local submission file.
Essential technical information
The contact form uses an essential session cookie to verify requests and limit repeated submissions. For abuse prevention, a keyed, hashed version of the connecting IP address and attempt timestamps are kept in temporary files for up to one hour. Expired records are purged on a later submission attempt. The web server may also keep operational access and error logs according to the hosting configuration.
Website editor accounts
The private content workspace stores editor usernames, display names, roles, password hashes, content revisions, and security audit events. It uses a separate essential session cookie for sign-in. Login abuse controls retain keyed hashes of the connecting IP address and username with attempt counters for a fifteen-minute window; expired counters are removed during later sign-in attempts. Editor account and revision retention policies must be finalized before launch.
Analytics and marketing cookies
No third-party analytics, advertising pixels, embedded social widgets, or marketing cookies are installed in this version. Fonts and bundled site assets are served locally. Editors can add external image URLs; those images contact their hosting provider when viewed. If optional tracking is added, this notice and the consent controls must be updated before that tracking is enabled.
Use of inquiry information
Inquiry details are intended only for discussing your request and managing the related business conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in the project description.
Retention and service providers
Before launch, the business must document its mailbox provider, hosting provider, retention periods, access controls, and any relevant transfers or disclosures. Inquiry content may be handled by the configured email service once delivery is enabled.
Contact and requests
A verified privacy contact and a process for handling access, correction, and deletion requests must be added here before public launch. No business address or privacy email has been invented for this draft.
